Description: LiveOn NY invites NYC’s case management program providers to join us for a workgroup meeting on Tuesday, January 14. The goals of this meeting are to 1) offer a space for you to connect, share resources, best practices, and challenges with your fellow case management programs and 2) share with LiveOn NY about how we can best support you in your work.
