Description: This course equips professionals working with older adults to distinguish between external scams and the deeply personal, complex dynamics of financial exploitation. Participants will learn to identify subtle red flags and warning signs while mastering evidence-based best practices for both prevention and immediate intervention. By exploring specialized resources and the critical role of the advocate, participants will learn how to effectively help older adults protect their assets and autonomy.
