LiveOn NY is thrilled to offer our New Directors Training again this spring! This training — available to directors with 0-5 years of experience — is designed to help new & emerging directors of older adult centers and NORCs (naturally occurring retirement communities) in NYC develop the skills & confidence needed to lead effectively.
Through a two-day mix of virtual learning and an in-person session, participants will explore best practices in program management, community engagement, compliance, and service delivery for older adults. The training also provides an opportunity to connect with peers across the aging services sector and build a supportive professional network.
Space is limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. There are only 5 spaces left! Register today to reserve your spot! CEUs for licensed social workers will be offered for a portion of the training.
