Description: Join us for an interactive virtual training designed specifically for aging service professionals working with older adults in community-based settings and programs.

Rates of substance use and misuse among older adults have increased in recent years. This training supplies context for service providers and includes discussion of statistics of substance misuse, signs and symptoms, precipitating factors, and best practices for engaging and working with community members.
